Read a certificate holder

Request

Returns one issue of a certificate to a user: who holds it, the label printed on it, and when it was issued.

The holder's user record is always included under relations. meta.entities lists the records the certificate was issued in connection with - an event, shift, role offer or training module - whose details can be printed on the certificate. Any of them may be null.

The record must belong to the certificate in the URL; a mismatched pair returns a 404.
